The Facilitator's Kit contains a Facilitator's Guide and all related materials and documentation (components) required to support implementation of The Real Game program. Components of The Real Game may be reproduced for use in multiple rooms in the site to which the program has been licensed. Reproducible masters of appropriate components are included so facilitators can photocopy as many copies as they need for participants at their sites. Such reproductions may not be used in other sites or for any other purpose without the prior express written permission of The Real Game Inc. Student Kits, posters and related materials are available by separate order. These materials are optional but enhance the impact of the program, and their use is recommended.

The authorized licensed holder of copyright and intellectual property rights in these materials is The Real Game Inc. All trademarks are protected. Without the prior express written permission of The Real Game Inc.:

• no original components, trademark or reproductions of any components of The Real Game may be passed to or used in any site that has not purchased a Facilitator's Kit and accepted these licence terms and conditions as a precondition;
  
• no attempt may be made to adapt, translate, disassemble or create derivative materials based on any components of The Real Game; and
  
• no assignment of any rights to any third party is permitted.
