Site Licence

The Real Game 2.1 Digital Edition includes all materials required to support its implementation. Components of this program may be reproduced for use with multiple classes or groups in the site to which the program has been licensed. Facilitators may print as many copies of program components as they need for participants at their site. Such printed materials may not be used in other sites, or for any other purpose without the prior express written permission from NLWC and ArcEd.

The authorized licensed holder of copyright and intellectual property rights in the content of The Real Game is ArcEd. The authorized licensed holder of copyright and intellectual property rights in the learning platform software is NLWC. NLWC has exclusive worldwide development and distribution rights to all programs in The Real Game Series, with the exception of Greece and New Zealand which have purchased such rights. All trademarks are protected. Without the prior express written permission of ArcEd and NLWC no original components, trademark or reproductions of any components of this program may be passed to or used in any site that has not purchased a site license and accepted these license terms and conditions as a precondition.
